1. Information we receive
Depending on how you use Lumina Studio, we may receive:
- contact details and account identifiers that you provide when requesting support;
- supporter status, plan, transaction reference, and billing-period information from Patreon or Waffo;
- Discord account and role information used to verify community access;
- bug reports, feedback, uploaded examples, and temporary files that you choose to submit;
- basic technical and usage information from website analytics and server logs.
Payment providers process payment credentials. Lumina Studio does not ask you to send full card numbers or payment passwords by email.
2. How we use information
We use this information to:
- deliver supporter benefits, hosted testing, and private community access;
- respond to billing, access, bug, and safety requests;
- operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the website and testing service;
- understand aggregate traffic and content performance;
- meet legal, fraud-prevention, and platform-compliance obligations.
3. Services and providers
We may use Patreon and Waffo to process subscriptions or payments, Discord to operate community access, and analytics providers such as Google Analytics or Baidu Analytics to understand website usage. These providers process information under their own terms and privacy policies.
The website may also link to GitHub, the Lumina Wiki, documentation, and other third-party services. Information you submit directly to those services is governed by their policies.
4. Sharing and retention
We do not sell personal information. We share the minimum information needed with service providers, moderators, or collaborators who help operate the project, and when required to protect users, investigate abuse, or comply with law.
Support and billing records are retained for as long as reasonably necessary to resolve disputes, maintain accounting records, and operate access controls. Bug reports and temporary test files may be deleted when they are no longer needed for debugging or verification.
5. International processing
Lumina Studio and its service providers may store or process information in countries other than your own. By using the services, you understand that information may be transferred across borders with appropriate safeguards required by the provider or applicable law.
6. Your choices
You may ask us to correct or delete support information we control, subject to legal retention requirements and the limits of information held by Patreon, Waffo, Discord, or analytics providers. You can manage marketing and analytics choices through the relevant provider or browser settings.

7. Children
The services are not directed to children who cannot lawfully consent to online services. If you believe a child has provided personal information to Lumina Studio, contact us so we can review and remove it where appropriate.

We may update this policy when the website, payment workflow, community integration, or hosted testing changes. The date at the top of this page indicates the current version.
